Refund policy

5Bits is a digital good delivered immediately. By paying, you request that immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (see the terms and conditions). Sales are therefore final, except in the cases listed here.

The key was never activated on TZ Project and you ask within 48 hours of purchase. You paid twice for the same thing by mistake: the duplicate, unactivated key is refunded. A technical issue on our side stops you from using 5Bits and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.

The key was activated or used. You changed your mind. Your account was sanctioned or banned by a server, a game publisher or an anti-cheat. The product doesn't work because of your setup or third-party software. The description wasn't read before buying. The menu is paused after a FiveM update: in that case, the lost time is added to your license.

Write to [to be completed] or open a ticket on Discord, with your order reference (shown on the confirmation page), the email used for the purchase and the reason for your request.

Once approved, the refund is processed within 14 business days, to the original payment method. For a crypto payment, the amount paid in euros is refunded in the same cryptocurrency, to the address you give us. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or the network.

Opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank without contacting us first leads to the license being revoked, reseller access being removed where relevant, and future purchases being refused. We provide the payment provider with proof of the order and delivery.

Keys bought in bulk are delivered immediately and are not refundable, except never-activated keys when the fault is on our side, case by case. A refund or dispute on a reseller order suspends access to the reseller space.
