These terms govern the purchase and use of 5Bits, an extension for the TZ Project menu sold by [to be completed] on 5bits.eu. Buying a license or using 5Bits means you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, don't buy, or stop using the product.

5Bits is standard software, the same for every buyer, delivered as a license key. It is a digital good within the meaning of Articles L. 224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code: not a service and not a subscription.

5Bits works with TZ Project, which is required and sold separately by its own publisher. Features and compatibility are described on the site: check they fit your needs before buying.

Every license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and for private use only. Available durations: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or lifetime (for as long as 5Bits is operated). The duration starts when the key is activated on TZ Project. No license renews automatically.

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. The price that applies is the one in effect when you order. Payment is made in full at checkout: by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments with the discount shown. We never see your card details. One promo code per order. Any fraudulent payment attempt cancels the order.

Delivery is electronic and immediate: the key appears after payment and is emailed to you. Under Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery is complete as soon as the key is made available to you.

Under Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once performance has started with your consent. By paying, you expressly request immediate delivery of your key and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal. Possible exceptions are listed in the refund policy.

Under Articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 5Bits must match its description at the time of sale. If a lack of conformity is established, you can ask for it to be fixed (corrective update) within a reasonable time, free of charge. These updates are part of our obligations as a seller (Article L. 217-19) and do not turn the sale into a service.

When a FiveM update puts the menu on pause, the downtime is added to your license duration.

You may not resell, share, lend or publish a key or access to the product outside the official reseller program; decompile, modify or analyse the software, or bypass its protections and licensing; or use 5Bits for illegal activity, to harass or harm other players, or to disrupt a third-party service.

The reseller space opens once an application is approved. Resellers buy keys at reseller prices, according to the tiers shown, and resell them under their own responsibility, never below the public price. They remain bound by these terms and make sure their customers follow them. Reseller access can be removed at any time, in particular for abuse, a dispute or a payment refund.

5Bits changes your game experience on third-party servers and services, which have their own rules and anti-cheats. You use the product at your own risk: you alone are responsible for how you use it and for following those services' rules. We are not liable for a sanction, ban or restriction decided by a third party, for issues caused by your hardware, setup or other software, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees the law makes mandatory.

A license can be revoked without refund for breaching these terms, unauthorized sharing or resale, fraudulent payment, a chargeback or dispute opened without contacting support, or conduct that harms 5Bits or its community. A revoked license gives no further right of use.

The software, its code, its design, the mascot and the 5Bits brand remain the exclusive property of their publisher. A license only grants a right of use: no right to the source code and no ownership is transferred to you.

Data collected when you buy and use the site is handled as described in the privacy policy, in line with the GDPR.

These terms may change. The new version is published on this page with its update date and applies to later purchases. Continuing to use 5Bits after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to [to be completed] first: most issues are solved quickly. You can also use a consumer mediator free of charge (Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code). Failing agreement, the dispute goes to the competent French courts.
